After a strong opening in November 2004, trü's kitchen has been creating exquisite cuisine. From the freshly baked bread, to the silky smooth ice cream and sorbets, everything is made in-house. Executive Chef, Daniel Irvine’s commitment to freshness and knowing what is on the plate is the cornerstone of trü's philosophy. Specialties include a Duo of Duck, Pan seared Ahi Tuna, Roasted Australian Lamb, Honey and Fennel Roasted Chicken, Grilled Beef Tenderloin and Bouillabaisse. A fresh catch is offered daily and an entrée feature as well; it may be farm raised venison one day, or Ostrich the next.
